Returns & Policies:
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn/unmounted/unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Returns are ONLY for items that have arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent other than what was ordered. All watch bands are thoroughly examined before being packaged for damage and to make sure the correct order is sent. NO returns will be granted if the wrong size/color/model was ordered. Understand all items are described in full detail with multiple pictures.
Straps that have been mounted on a watch are considered to be "used" and can NOT be returned to G&Co. Straps. Exchanges can be made (at the buyers expense) for any other item(s) we have in stock. Exchanges must be of the same value. If exchange is less we will refund the difference(minus any shipping charges). If exchanges for the item is more expensive we will charge the added difference to the buyer by invoice.
Returns and exchanges must be mailed back to G&Co. Straps at your expense, except in the (rare) case that we made a mistake with your order or the item is damaged.(Photos will be required if claiming the item was damaged) Exchanged items will be mailed back to you at G&Co. Straps expense.
Refunds are only for the actual amount that you paid for the item, inclusive of any discounts you received. (exact amount paid by you excluding any shipping)

We accept all major credit cards processed through PayPal (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover) We also offer PayPal Express Checkout as an alternative payment method through this web site. We do not accept checks/money orders.
We use the United States Post Office for all our shipping. First Class shipping is our go to shipping service with reasonable shipping times. Shipping First Class takes anywhere from 3-7 business days. We also offer Priority Shipping for an extra fee.
International customers are solely responsible for any and all importation duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their country.
-We cannot ship your order as a "gift" or with a fake commercial value in order to avoid/reduce importation duties, taxes, or custom fees.
-Not responsible or liable in any way if you enter incomplete and/or incorrect address information on your order. Upon receiving the original package back in the mail, and with your approval, we are glad to re-ship the package to a corrected address at your expense.
-Not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays, peak times of the year, delayed customs clearance, inclement weather, or any other "acts of God."
-Not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged package. Once we hand the package over to the shipping carrier, liability transfers to the customer for any lost/stolen/damaged packages or products contained therein.
